Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: email address, username, password (stored hashed), the state you tell us you live in, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older.
• Game data: moves, results, stakes, timing of moves, and ledger entries you or your opponents record.
• Technical data: IP address and approximate location (used to determine eligibility), browser type, and basic logs.

How we use it

• To run the Service: matchmaking, live games, leaderboards, and the settlement ledger.
• To enforce eligibility and fair-play rules, including investigating cheating reports.
• To keep the Service secure and to fix problems.

We don't sell your personal information.

Who can see what

Your username, game results, and stats are visible to other signed-in players. Your email and state are not shown to other players. Ledger balances are shown to the players involved.

Service providers

We use Supabase (database and login) and Vercel (hosting). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and game data while your account exists. Email the operator to request deletion of your account; game results may be kept in anonymized form to preserve other players' records.

Cookies

We use a login cookie so you stay signed in. No advertising cookies.

Children

The Service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current version.
